Big 3 points for Watford in the early Champ game, puts them 2nd as it stands with the Brentford game being postponed.

Blades-Saints just kicked off, I actually wouldn't mind a Sheff Utd victory in that one, they aren't going to catch us, and anything which keeps Southampton within our sights is too be welcomed.

Always impressed by Ampadu when I watch Sheffield Utd play. I think he is on loan from Chelsea. Might be worth a punt.

Well! they probably need 1 more win to be sure, but yes in reality they are now safe.

As for the Blades it's now only a matter of when their fate is confirmed, as it has been for some weeks I have to say.

We'll probably need 2 more wins to be certain, but 1 might be enough if we keep nicking draws.

As it happens with our remaining 10 fixtures I can see 3 wins out of those, and at least a couple of draws, and that's being cautious, so unless Fulham embark on a Leicester style winning run, then we can be reasonably confident of playing in the PL next season.

Rovers win at last, but I wouldn't worry they're still 14 points off the play-offs, they ain't making that gap up in 11/12 games.

Stanley win and are back in the play-off mix, we may yet get an East Lancs derby in the Championship next season, although I doubt it'll be the one the Rovers fans crave.

Villa-Wolves is heading for a 0-0, 70 minutes gone and only two shots on target, both by the visitors, Villa really do look a different beast without Grealish.

Good news for us Fofana returns to the Leicester defence at Brighton, that should make them stronger hopefully.

The (west) Midlands derby does look like itll be 0-0' it seems Martinez has distinguished himself again.

Hopefully Leicester's team is strong enough to see off Brighton; Vardy is up front and as said above Fofana (and Soyuncu) are in the back 3 but no Evans, Maddison or Barnes.

I never said they were, I'm purely thinking about finishing as high as possible. Couple a million quid a place isn't it. and that could be important if we want to sign players this summer.
