It's not even a shock that they forget last season, when Jay had one bounce on the line off the cross bar, and they didn't have a shot on target until the 85th minute. Probably because they parked the bus.

That feeling is entirely mutual. When I was working in different parts of the country, I worked with supporters of most premier league clubs and the Arsenal fans were some of the most obnoxious, self opionated and arrogant supporters I've ever come across...and that includes that lot from down the M65.

Long may it continue. I think there's a great deal of younger fans who just think we're little upstarts and their memories only go as far back as our division 4 days. Was it the Leicester fans who sang 'Champions of England - You'll never sing that'? When we've already won it twice.
Older fans who remember our 50's and 60's and to some extent 70's teams have a deeper appreciation for us as a club. At least in my experience. There's a sense of self-entitlement among fans of 'bigger' clubs younger fans.
This isn't helped by the media in general. I remember being open mouthed when Jason Mohammed said live on Final Score a few years back that Burnley didn't deserve to be in the PL and the likes of Leeds and Sheff Wed did. That's the sort of mentality we're up against. The irony being this was coming from a Cardiff fan!
