It had certainly been curtailed, as I remember it, by the time the refunds had been processed onto our Teamcard accounts.
Being reasonable, I expected that it would be simple to just use the credit against my next ST, rather than paying out in full then waiting for a refund particularly as the deadline had been extended. Why have BFC sat on £540 of my money, when realistically I was due to pay £360.
How silly of me. When I came to renew, sales had finished and I have the e-mails to back that up.
As agreenwood said, though, we're going round in circles.
There are those (affected directly) who are aggrieved that no communication of the end of the renewal deadline was made, after the initial extension. No opportunity to make a decision as to whether to renew blindly (so to speak) or not.
Then there are a few unaffected who think that all was done above board and have the preconceived notion anyone not renewing before the unknown deadline would never have renewed anyway.
It's fairly clear the two wont meet so it's pointless arguing anymore.
