It looks pretty awful to me.
I notice that there's a lot of attention to light, presumably for the pitch, but I wonder what's been done about airflow. Lack of airflow is a problem for grass in 'wrap around' stadiums. With such a small opening over the pitch I wonder if they didn't consider some sort of closing roof to reduce the effects of extreme weather.
