Barca will be a force once again, but right now they face a major rebuild, even with Messi that would have been the case, but without him they look even more average, and seemingly they don't have huge funds to buy the types of players you'd normally imagine they'd be snapping up.

And Koeman certainly has his work cut out in that job, but that would be true however the manager was.
