Just walked in on my wife and she was..

watching "Grease".
What could I do?
Sat down and started singing along to myself as the memories of previous watchings together and with the kids washed over me.
What films bring back warm memories to you?
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is another of course.

"The Wind That Shakes Barley", "The Tourist" & "Traffic" are all great films that go together really well if you are having a movie marathon day.

"Cliffhanger"
Not one of my "warm feeling" films but always remember being shocked at the beginning!

Two of my top 5 films, remind me of my childhood at my grandmas, know them word for word.

One of the first dvds I bought, although that was probably down to janine Turner being in it.

Roman holiday would be my top pick in the category of fuzzy.
On the musical front I can't stand 90+% of them, so I suppose I'd pick holiday Inn.
Favourite musical is hellzapoppin - but whatever that is, it's not fuzzy.

Chitty Chitty bang bang
Mary Poppins
Charlie and the Chocolate family (the original one with Gene Wilder - not that awful remake)

These were all favourites in our house.

What would you do if you walked into the room only to find your wife hugging a signed Simon Garner picture ?

Force feed her bananas until she died of potassium poisoning, seems like a fair reaction.

You are such a courteous person to refer to that film as 'that awful remake' I'm sure you really thought of stronger expressions, I did!
