Car alloy wheel refurbishment

Post by karatekid » Wed Apr 14, 2021 6:38 pm

I have diamond cut alloys and the inevitable spider veins and discolouring has started to happen so I am looking for recommendations for a refurbisher. They have never been kerbed so it is just a refurbish. Ta. ( burnley area)

What sort of price would it be? My cars only a few years old but dare I say it the alloys have been kerbed - is that the sort of thing which can be sorted?

For the absolute best refurb job, use any branch of The Wheel Specialist. They have a franchisee in Clitheroe.

If your car is under three years of age then bounce it straight back to the dealer on warranty, for “white worming” with no visible damage.

The total price of mine for diamond cutting 4 wheels including vat was £360 .Not cheap but you get what you pay for.
All four of my alloys were quite badly kerbed, ( easily done with low profile tyres) and after diamond cutting were like new wheels.
