But if you can't get there today at least email the Ticket Office with your details to then guarantee you get the EarlyBird price.

I renewed in the ticket office on Monday, only took a few seconds, I havn't had a confirmation email or anything though, are they not sending any?

Certainly when you renew online you automatically should get a confirmation email but maybe with the backlog of emails at the TO it may be a manual operation and will take time. Did you not get given any paperwork to show that you'd renewed?

Nothing, I gave her my card, she asked 'renawal?' I said 'yes,' she just read my address off her screen, I said yes, then she gave me my card back.

My wife and I renewed via a phone call to the ticket office last week, we've had no confirmation of any sort yet, I dread to think we may turn up 1st game of the season and someone else is sat in our seats, cos unfortunately with the havoc the online thing has caused this will happen

If you are able to login to the ticketing system, and I know that’s a big IF, you will be able to see it in your purchase history.alwaysaclaret wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 12:49 pmMy wife and I renewed via a phone call to the ticket office last week, we've had no confirmation of any sort yet, I dread to think we may turn up 1st game of the season and someone else is sat in our seats, cos unfortunately with the havoc the online thing has caused this will happen

That's what she was told, but would be better in her bank without the hassle.
Re: Ticket Office open today (Saturday) for Phase 1 renewals
I've asked the club if those renewing over the phone or at the TO will receive a emailed confirmation of their renewal.

For those who have renewed but not received an email confirmation. Confirmation emails should go out automatically on your renewing, so please check your Spam/Trash box. If you still haven't got one you can email your details to the SLO and she will look into it for you.

I've also asked the question as to what happens to people who haven't got an email address and am awaiting a response.

Re: Ticket Office open today (Saturday) for Phase 1 renewals
A query I hadn’t considered when I renewed mine and my Dad’s a few weeks ago.
My Dad turned 65 during the course of this season (March), and the renewal has noted that looking at it by now terming him as an over 65 as opposed to an Adult.
Now, I just renewed it using the credit (which took the lot with nothing further showing as leftover). My Dad’s price I notice for this season is £229, whereas mine remains £393 (Upper Tier Jimmy Mac).
Anybody else had a similar thing happen to a family member, or any advice? As far as I understand it, my Dad should be entitled to having £164 returned to him from the cost for the coming season. I may need to contact the SLO I guess?

Yes, would suggest that you contact the SLO and I'm sure that Anita will sort it for you - slo@burnleyfc.comjedi_master wrote: ↑Mon Apr 26, 2021 7:49 pmA query I hadn’t considered when I renewed mine and my Dad’s a few weeks ago.
