I wouldn’t expect the panel to comprise Iam Wellhard(Chelsea) and Billy Bigbollox(Man U) so it doesn’t seem a bad spread of representation to me.

I would say then, that Labour have a valid point. 'Fan led review', yet only one fan on a ten man panel. How is that 'Fan led?' Will the 'Fan' be the Chairman of the panel? Somehow, I doubt it.
