I Love Sean Dyche
Re: I Love Sean Dyche
Somewhere between the hysterical defence of everything Dyche touches and the clueless people calling for his head now lies the truth.

Re: I Love Sean Dyche
There’s a reason why no other clubs have wanted him as their manager. Maybe we have our Dyche blinkers on.

True and I also think there are a lot of worms on the end of their linesBurnley1989 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 10:16 pmProbably the biggest over reaction to a loss I've seen on here for a long time.

Re: I Love Sean Dyche
As I said on another post, add another 5 minute spell on top of that straight after Everton netted their 3rd, where they could have scored another 3 or 4 and that's more accurate

Re: I Love Sean Dyche
Something all those who want him (and his staff) gone haven’t put forward is a suitable alternative?
Yes question him but really calling for his head? Really?

Re: I Love Sean Dyche
But then surely a team only needing 6 minutes in 90 to beat us is a concern??
Same story with Brighton.
We can play ‘encouraging’ for 85 minutes, but at the moment it’s irrelevant. At any point we concede, we inevitably collapse.
Scoring goals is such an effort for us that conceding at any point does huge damage to us mentally.

Re: I Love Sean Dyche
Couldn't have put it better myself ! He's inability to be proactive is absolutely mind blowing, none of us saw 3 goals coming in 6 minutes, but we all saw that Everton were on top, so what does he do, oh let's wait till we go behind and then I'll whisper to woany "how do we change it" and by the time they've thought of an answer we're 3-1 down and it's game over, how many times does he have to see it happen before he learns. Oh and then he comes up with the wrong answer, it's a joke, but no one's laughing.alf_resco wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 10:19 pmDyche's game plan lasts until we're losing.
Then he's clueless.
Someone must know the stats on how many times in his tenure we've gone down in a match and managed to win.
I can think of Villa last season and then, errrrrmm?
As I've said before, his use (non-use?) of subs is bizarre.
Still, let's keep clapping him.
He's worked wonders, you know.

No sorry still don’t get it! Maybe it’s because those who are wanting Dyche to go are exactly what I said .AfloatinClaret wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 11:09 pmTry reading these two comments from the same poster and then have another think about it:
I’ll get it in before the w@nk3rs start.... Some people are just stupid in the way they express their opinions.

Right so it's not actually the expressing of opinions in a stupid way which you object to (fortunate, as that is what what you wrote and in a stupid way) but in people voicing opinions - however they're expressed - which are contrary to your own.
Are you sure a public internet forum's the right place for you to be?

You only have to read summer if the drivel posted tonight. Questioning the manager is one thing, something that is acceptable. Wanting him sacked because he’s “clueless” and even getting abusive towards him is stupid and basically the actions of a w@nk3r

Re: I Love Sean Dyche
I don't disagree with your opinion regarding not wanting to see the Manager sacked, I too think that such action would be disadvantageous for the club; but neither do I consider Sean Dyche to be above criticism and tonight has certainly not been his finest hour.bf2k wrote: ↑Mon Sep 13, 2021 11:29 pmEh? You're now suggesting - once again in a somewhat 'stupid' way - that your posts were made in response to those 'w@nk3rs who want him sacked' when in reality, you started a thread titled: "I love Sean Dyche" with an opening post reading: "I’ll get it in before the w@nk3rs start" which both the time stamps on the relevant posts and indeed your initial post's own wording confirm, were posted before those perhaps ill judged and rather precipitous calls for Sean Dyche's sacking were submitted.
Your apparent prescience about those subsequent criticisms of Sean Dyche's performance seems to suggest that even you didn't consider his performance this evening to be beyond reproach? Though I'm not in any way suggesting that you can't continue to 'love' him - though perhaps best if it's in a platonic rather than biblical manner - in just the same way that I continue to love my wife, despite her having the odd off day.
