What is it with Everton players and looking funky. I know all footballers can be distasteful but DCL and that Tom Davies like to make themselves look stupid...

Re: Dominic Calvert-Lewin
Interesting he’s comfortable enough with himself that he can do that. It’s about time footballers can feel safe enough to come out as gay (not that I’m saying he is), it’s another thing footy is prehistoric with.

Yep on the back of Josh Cavallo coming out as gay and all the positive support that came with it I think this kind of thing can only be good as alternative role models for the diverse world young people are growing up and existing in.
I saw this earlier and wondered how long before its posted but should be popcorn time once all the usual suspects arrive to share their views

Don’t you think that’s something within sport in general.Red Fox Rocks Socks wrote: ↑Tue Nov 09, 2021 9:07 pmInteresting he’s comfortable enough with himself that he can do that. Maybe it’s because there actually aren’t very many gay/lesbian sportsmen rather than the worries they may have about coming out?
I don’t know, but I presume if there were any gay players in the PL, they would make it public, as I believe they would be fully supported.

Nice pink handbag hes got there. I thought he was a poseur when he played at Turf Moor a season or two back and had one leg of his shorts stitched up higher than the other side. Still he knows where the ners are. Not hair nets by the way.

I find this very odd, not just the way he is dressed but some of the comments on here! Look it isn’t for me but who the hell cares how someone else wants to dress in reality or for a photo shoot which no doubt he got paid for.
Got nothing to do with me or anyone else move on and ignore it.

Couldn't care less about the picture, each to their own.
One thing that has puzzled me since being a kid and I mean this in all seriousness .... Why the hell don't men wear skirts? It must be so much comfier to have the expanse and movement enabled by not having restrictive pants. Think about it.
It's about time that we all just thought a little differently and not just how we are pre programmed.

I don't why I'm bothering but I'll try to qualify without getting the thread pulled
Is it the sort of thing I'd wear?
Absolutely not
Is it anything to do with me?
Absolutely not
So should I be bothered about it?
Absolutely not
I'd love to hear your explanation why you are so bothered about it

I think there’s more out females in sport by a long way. There’s 2 England cricket internationals who are a couple which is as high profile as you could get in the women’s game.Iloveyoubrady wrote: ↑Tue Nov 09, 2021 9:42 pmDon’t you think that’s something within sport in general.

I think once 1 does come out in the PL (and there must be a good few) then more will follow up amd down the leagues. I agree that the vast majority would fully support them but they won’t be worried about that they’ll be worried about the vocal and vicious minority and the idiots that tag along with them

I don’t really have an opinion as such on men dressing in ‘Women’s’ clothes, personally I’m fine wearing what I usually wear but if I had a son that grew up and wanted to wear women’s clothes I couldn’t care less.
Re: Dominic Calvert-Lewin
I also thought they could be shorts. But that is not the point. We live in a gender fluid age, get with it guys. It's not the end of the world.

I’m still trying to work out what Untinted Glasses is worried about being pushed to accept.
Does he think he’ll wake up one morning to see all the clothes have been removed from his house and replaced by the ones Calvert-Lewin is wearing in the picture?
