Let it Be

Post by Pstotto » Thu Nov 11, 2021 11:06 pm

Let it Be

You said do nothing we did do nothing...
... And now no water in the Himalayas.

You asked of us
Do nothing for us...

... And now you have nothing.

It's fate...
...We did nothing.

Goodbye India and Gange.

Obviously a fantastic album but only middling by Beatles standards. 7/10

Agreed. Probably their worst effort. Still good though.

The time spent on claiming living God status, the super-minds claimed could have spent their time on developing blue and green and hydrogen technology 60 years ago.

They faced West and blamed the West for the shortcomings of the world when they should have faced East.

They tried to destroy the developed world rather than leave that to us to sort.

They should have spent their time sorting the undeveloped world instead, if they had a care other than self-regard.

The Westerners that could help are too busy either singing chants or ill or now dead.

Like they say, the workers united will never have a product TO SAVE THE PLANET.

They made the story all about self instead of folk getting on with their thing.

You destroy minds with mantras, no sextant, no compass, no tech, no boat even and the result is now the end.

They wanted world nihilist extremism the got the climate version,

They claimed |Godhead status, now God will give them their desert lands of caves and nowt else to meditate.

Please accept change for your pounds.

Now they will have to accept change for their pounds.

Their agri-peasant nihilism minus the beginning equals peasant nihilism, now go and worship your fake Godheads in the arid wastelands or your dreams.

On the BBC website today, climate change leader saying China and India must explain themselves to the countries that will fall in the wake of their prolific pollution...

"Oh the irony of it." (Leonard Rossiter in Rising Kadampa).

Just middling by Beatles standards. All about the context with that critique. ;)

Let It Be is nihilist and strange, the Beatles song.

It's pure destruction as God advice.

It's Mother Mary as the devil saying f**k it.

The UK maybe can survive as a maritime nation, the big continental countries perhaps not so lucky.

Easter Island may be the UK's fate if the nation capsizes from too many folk and too little resources for example gas and electricity for 60 million instead of 40 million.

I like your posts very much Pstotto, most of the time.

You tend to post things that are very theoretical and thoughts that are abstract so I have to be on top mental form to join in with them fully.

I'll stop with the trivial Beatles comments but I DO really love the Beatles.

I can gauge some of my memory of the 60s from their songs for example I remember the date of a visit to the South because Penny Lane was on the radio at the time.

As a child I was on the beach at Abersoch with a French maid (not mine) called Michelle and Michelle my Belle was on the radio on the beach.

Marx Ernst can't compete.

My career was ruined early by a Svengali of the 'question everything' ideology.

'I want you to question what a pencil is... Cut it up and break it, reconfigure it, smash it and re-present it' in other words anything rather than admit they couldn't do a Raphael cartoon.

Those that can then spend their time doing the questioning and wondering why RATHER THAN SPEND THE TIME DOING WHAT THEY CAN DO and show the Svengali what a pencil does that he can't.

Clogged off the pitch of life by that... Millions in millions of ways by the perceived obligation to take part in whatever way, England finished off in the act of its considerate mind.

Hokey Cokey UK is the result of the counter-culture movement because it is hokey cokey England as it is.

They are hoping to Bonzai soul the nation by cutting back you and adding on somebody else for it to grow in another way, like a generic human rose project.

... Spice nation UK voted Brexit, spice nations elsewhere still engulfed in civil war.

There's a space and time for questioning things. It is possible, from time to time, to see beyond the conventional.

But of course, the best use of a pencil is as a pencil.

Simon Starling won the Turner Prize for what was claimed to a boat that turned into a house and made from base materials as an eco-nihilist mad max futurist art activist campaigning for what, I'm not sure.

In the event of being shipwrecked and Jimmy Hendrix needs an electric guitar, raid the school pencil provision for the temple to be built in Java etc.

Yes but surely whoever made it must have had to question what use a pencil could be put to before making it?

He hasn't exactly used them as intended has he?

I take your point about asking silly questions and getting lost in navel gazing but it would be absolutist to suggest there isn't any space for questioning.

The best thing I learnt at university was to ask better questions.

How might Forrest Gump put it? Questioning is as questioning does.

And those left who survived the 60s still questioning what a pencil is instead of perhaps designing blue technology, heads filled with ideology media trauma, in other words concern about human things from others that fog awareness with psychology rather than extend the clarity of knowledge.

One is an object moving around in form and space.

You and the phenomena of the world in which that takes place.

That world is objects in space.

That is what is going on.

That is good.

The Renaissance is all about the absolution of that knowledge and the peace of mind it brings.

If your head is filled with ideology, that is not there per se.

if you see the world in terms of that ideology, the same.

However because reality usually involves ordinary human contact, there are necessarily ways of doing it.

That fact is stuffed with the fiction of psychology, which is a fog between one and the world, in truth.

So anyone with any faith in the notion of ideology would not injure the recipient of it, in that way.

That shows the spurious notion of psychology instead of knowledge as the ideological remit.

With regard to the creation of a creative activity object like a pencil, the question of what and how, is always interesting.

A Selmer sax made in Germany, surely the inventor knew what is could do, so he had idea of Charlie Parker and could account for that in his making of it.

As a creator of images, I know that I don't have absolute facility as an artist although I have professional abilities at it.

I don't have full on facility of perception but I have an idea of it from the vast visual experience of art and making it and general looking at things.

Because of that I can make art that functions for others better than what is fogging my personal sphere of experience.

It's the same as making a joke that works on different levels.

One may know the direction of that trajectory of humor without the intellectual capacity to know how effective it will be to them, so I can make art based on peak experience of the visual field without necessarily having the facility to access that whole reservoir of knowledge within one's knowledge bank.

It's the humility of talent innate, Hansel and Gretel survive by making a trail back, so they used knowledge.

It's a tale of The Renaissance of mind how you go as objects in space, for real.

Could you, or would you, ever use a pencil for anything other than drawing?

Have you ever used a pencil to unwind a cassette tape?

Rolling a spliff and using the pencil to get the paper so I can get a roach in the joint.

I utllized what was about.

I wasn't at infant school, it's not a description of an infant school event, the 'question everything' ideology experience at college.

In other words 'what might a pencil be useful for, if not for drawing?'

Its not really the awareness project I needed thanks, at that time.

There is an idea that some Jewish extremists are involved in the total destruction of the Aryan race as vengeance for The Holocaust and to make a mockery of those people by a total raping of their culture to a level of total degeneracy as a psychological victory against Hitler's political ideals of art and culture and one less Aryan breeding the better, like drops of water drying up on the floor.

There is a radical Jewish organization called The Karma Foundation and their art front is called Karma International and the artist they are promoting is called Vivien Suter and her art consists of dirty sheets, in effect.

These are handled by the Tate with the white glove reverence given to The Turin Shroud.

Mockery????

Joke?????

Whatever the psychological game of the whole affair lasting now at least 120 years, the judgment in the whole affair resides with geometry and pictorial rules accordingly and those rules are:

'Images are made of 2D shapes (pictorial acreage fact), 2D shapes represent 3D form (geometry of perspective fact); images represent 3D form (logical conclusion based on fact).

This means that all visual production is subject to being form representative beyond itself and pictorially subsumed by that.

The old argument of 'It's in the picture therefore what is value?'; those parasitic logicians waiting to pounce, first six clear liquids on the bar to drink and to down with six brown substances not of their choosing.
