Aguero may have to retire.

He was initially told he would be out for 3mths minimum, but it turns out his heart problem is worse than originally thought and he may never be able to return to professional football.

A shame, if so. Definitely one of the best strikers our Premier League has had. Cheers for the post. For future reference, the spelling of his name is:

Agggguuuueeeeerrrrrrrrooooooooooooooooo!

Cheers 👍🏻

Sad if his illustrious career ends in this way, but he'll always be regarded as a PL great.

And that last gasp winner against QPR to seal City's 1st PL title will live long in the memory.

So what. A reminder to all superstars that they have a limited time in the stratosphere.

I'll not state what some people genuinely believe why he's had to retire.

They genuinely think the world has made up a story to stop him playing

Seems to be a more of these things happening recently compared with previously.

Not saying there’s a conspiracy, just saying what I’m seeing.

How many years apart were them incidents? There was also puerta and Morrissini (sp)? But because they are so isolated is why we remember them. In such a short space of time we have had Eriksen, Aguero, the fan at Newcastle, a football league player who’s name escapes me. It just feels a bit dodgy to me. Of course it could be mere coincidence of course.

Have we dispelled the conspiracy theory yet?

33yrs old and more money than he could ever spend. He'd be frankly daft to not take the sensible decision to retire

Fans have been having heart attacks in stadiums and in everyday life regardless of age for a long time.

I wouldn't waste your time finding angles to support the argument 1 way or another, no one's going to change the other sides beliefs, just crack on and let each person do what they see fit, they'll all have their own reasons for and against.

Yeah I can’t be arsed finding angles to support an argument either. It’s an opinion which could be right or wrong. Changing peoples minds is irrelevant to me it’s a waste of energy.
