ole gunnar solskjaer and his wonderful staff
"The players are doing as well as they can."
Really Ole?
Dead man talking !
Harry Maguire... yet again, the talking point is how this England International Clown has let his team down.
Oh dear, never mind

Re: ole gunnar solskjaer and his wonderful staff
Just seen their display on MOTD, I didn't realise Utd were so bad, where's the passion for the shirt, let alone the organisation and tactics.RalphCoatesComb wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 10:51 pm"The players are doing as well as they can."

To be fair they were missing the most overrated player in the PL....Paul Pogba. Still never mind.

Ole must have more lives than a cat, he should have been binned ages ago. Their board must be the only ones that can't see he hasn't got a clue, and he doesn't have the players.

It’s no wonder they are after Tripps. A RB that isn’t even in the top 4 English RBs in the PL. He is awful, the header into his own box for Watfords first was shocking. A true defender would have just given the corner away. On that Cornet did identical for a CP goal.

£7 million pay off will help console him when he's potted.

Re: ole gunnar solskjaer and his wonderful staff
Strange how Maguire looked the real deal at Leicester, and Wan Bissaka looked excellent at Palace. So many other top quality players go to Utd, and go backwards. Dyche knows the value of playing to your strengths, yet United always want their players to do things that aren't in their natural game. Playing out of position the most common. Too many top players not getting a regular start, leads to discontent in the dressing room. It's no wonder they are a disaster.minnieclaret wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 11:25 pmIt’s no wonder they are after Tripps. A RB that isn’t even in the top 4 English RBs in the PL. Like a fish out of water when you see him sitting in his seat. As for the coaches they remind me of a library at a university-all of them sat behind a laptop

Michael Carrick desperately looking at replays of every goal they concede in the vain hope that it may be overruled by the VAR.warksclaret wrote: ↑Sun Nov 21, 2021 10:26 amLike a fish out of water when you see him sitting in his seat. Re: ole gunnar solskjaer and his wonderful staff
Maguire looked far from the real deal at the Turf when he got sent off for Leicester. Slow to read the game, caught out and a clumsy, cack-handed attempt at stopping his mind.
He's not changed much, his weaknesses have been disguised by the talent of others. Until now.

They don't seem to pick players equipped for a certain style they wish to play (whatever that eventually turns out to be!).Colburn_Claret wrote: ↑Sun Nov 21, 2021 10:18 amStrange how Maguire looked the real deal at Leicester, and Wan Bissaka looked excellent at Palace. They just do the boy in a sweet shop choice with "That one...and that one...ooh and that shiny one".

Re: ole gunnar solskjaer and his wonderful staff
Carrick to do the job as an interim while they continue their search for a proper manager.
During this search Carrick wins 8 out of the next 10 league games and gets through the group stages of the Champs League.... Utd then decide to appoint Carrick as manager

Re: ole gunnar solskjaer and his wonderful staff
A poorly run club post Ferguson, lacks any football knowledge at the top and signing of CR7 must rank as one of the worst. Will the new manager be expected to accommodate this 36 year old, ego on a stick who plays for himself and not the team?

Re: ole gunnar solskjaer and his wonderful staff
For me Utd's problems can be stated in 5 letters........P.O.G.B.A a real bad apple. Plays when he wants, never seems to give a toss, not a team player.
Ferguson got rid of him once and he wasn't a bad judge.

Re: ole gunnar solskjaer and his wonderful staff
I dropped my lad (5 years old) at school this morning. One of his pal's had his Man Utd bobble hat on. I pointed at the badge asked him what it was. He folded it up so the badge couldn't be seen and said "I support Chelsea now".

Talking of ego's, Ferguson is still far too prominent for me. Prowling around the place. Surely he realises that his presence makes it more difficult for new managers?

Re: ole gunnar solskjaer and his wonderful staff
Agreed-I get the feeling Ferguson has told them to go out and get Pocchetino. Seems to have been a recent twist now, with the club supposedly prepared to pay mega compo to get him NOW rather than in May/Junewelsbyswife wrote: ↑Mon Nov 22, 2021 8:05 pmTalking of ego's, Ferguson is still far too prominent for me.
