It’s our chance to let them know how they are doing.
Let’s hope they listen to the fans unlike my old company who just put the answers all down to employees being ****** off.

We don't know if they are going to do anything for us fans, but somebody's going to have an amazing amount of marketing data to exploit.

A pretty lightweight general survey, not Burnley specific, covers whole of the PL, can’t see it producing novel, worthwhile information.
