But Burnley FC don't do organised and efficient according to a lot on here 🤭

Will the attendees of matches be the same and be organised and efficient in having the relevant passes etc ... that is the question ... and that is where the confusion will start and clog the system up 🙄

Gaining admission to the ground in time for kick off will determine how organized ( or not )

Just a box ticking exercise. I don't see any link to you showing your covid pass at the turnstiles at all?

Not all people attending have claret numbers. I've bought a ticket for a friend for the Everton game. He has not got a number as he's not a burnley fan

It took a minute or two to complete, no bother really.

I think the purpose of the form/declaration is so that should you be refused entry then you can’t complain you were unaware of requirements.
I imagine that 1 in 10 or 1 in 20 fans will be required to show covid- passport whilst queuing at the turnstiles

Because your not getting in if you don’t pre register.

But that will be to late, you will not get in.

I thought you had to have a clarets number to buy a ticket? Mainly to stop away fans getting in the home end and also so any trouble they could identify the individual etc (not that I mind you getting yer Mate a ticket to sit on his hands for 90 minutes! :D

I have a clarets number. I've bought many tickets for friends, grandchildren etc.
He's visiting for Xmas, so like I've done many times I've bought him a ticket, to come with us on boxing day

Looks like everyone is rowing back on what’s required, going to be a pointless exercise.

I suggest that the latest club statement stating it will now be spot checks, is rowing back.
My assessment of the first statement can be still debated, yes I could have been wrong on its intent, but now we will never know.
