This has got to be the worst bowling attack we have had in 15 plus years of test cricket. All bowling between 77-85 MPH with no movement.

All excellent bowlers in there own right but selecting 5 bowlers that are all incredibly similar is poor captaincy.

All very good bowlers, but I don’t think the balance is quite right for bowling in Australia

Surely not even we can lose this test, it’s a good pitch, slow scoring and they’ve got half their main attack missing. This test should surely meander to a draw.

The bowlers are doing a decent accurate job.

8 drop catches so early in the series and 2 wickets off no balls.
Play and misses galore. Found the edge 13 times but only resulted in 3 wkts.

Fielding and batting is the area to look at first.

You've seen England bat, right?! Any scoreboard pressure and this lot fold. This won't go to the fifth day

If Australia get above 450 we will bat twice and lose by Sunday

If anyone can lose a test you think is unloseable, step forward the England team. No one does a batting collapse quite like the English. I still think we will lose this by an innings unless the convicts declare and decide to humiliate our batsmen a bit earlier, in which case it will be another 9 or 10 wicket defeat.

I know we’ve been crap with the bat, but they’ve got a rookie attack and we should be able to handle them and bat enough time to force a draw. If we can’t manage that then we may as well come home now.

The lads heads have gone. You really have to question the leaderships decisions in this series. Not giving us a chance

Big wicket getting Carey out. He can take games away from you with his big hitting.

Let’s hope we rattle the rest out and get a good score on the board

With the experienced players that we have on the field I have to say that we have not used our heads at all in our bowling. Too much short stuff, too inaccurate, no balls negating wickets, in fact, we have let this game get away from us since early yesterday.

To be honest, living in Sydney this is just an embarrassment. Since the first 20 overs it’s been poor. My bet is that England will bat twice tomorrow.

Just when you think this tour can't get any worse, England never fail to surprise you.

The Aussie tail having fun now, and they'll either be bowled out, or they'll declare soon and stick England in under the lights, and no doubt claim a few scalps by the end of the day.

You shouldn't have an opening bat caught at mid on to a shot like that early doors in a test match.

Predictable yet again from England, Australia pile up a huge total, and suddenly when England come to bat the pitch looks completely different.

And let's not this is a 2nd string Aussie attack, including a lad playing in his 1st test.

The only thing that can possibly save England is if this storm persists for a day or two now.

For now it'll merely delay the inevitable.

I can cope with losing, but this series is so one-sided it's in danger of becoming boring.
