It would appear that the true spirit of Christmas is alive and well in the corridors of BFC.
Personally, I think the commercialisation of Christmas is tragedy that leads to many, many people starting the new year in debt. Does big business care? Of course not. Greed rules.
All the best everyone.

It’s a good effort, it’s a little bit “ little match girl “( Disney original) ,a little bit early John Lewis and a little bit cheesy ..and it’s all the better for it, well done
All the best one and all

I am sure this resonates with many of us in the greater Claret family.
I'm reminded of both my parents who passed on their love of Burnley FC to me at a young age and are no longer here with us.
The sentiment is however, brilliant. Well done to all involved in the making and production of this and as Vegas Claret said, it's a superb piece.

I appreciate that it is an inevitable evil that our club has to be increasingly corporate, but long may it continue to reflect the values we all cherish, homely, little, caring...... .

I sent the pre-season one to the Premier League Network Group I’m a member of and it was met in a really positive way.depechedingle wrote: ↑Thu Dec 23, 2021 6:55 pmI am sure this resonates with many of us in the greater Claret family.

So I sent this today and the first response was from a friend of mine who’s a Spurs fan. The reply read: “Champions League standard film again, Tony. Love those! More please!”

Having lost two of my own grandparents this year and my fiancé losing two of hers too this year this video hits home. Brilliant from Burnley FC and Jordan North.

As an ex pat Claret it really hits home. Especially the terraced houses street scene. Played footie for hours on a street just like that. Good stuff Burnley

Worth mentioning that Jordan North is a top lad for getting involved in these.

Lovely stuff. Have to say also that North does nothing but portray Burnley in a positive light with his passion for the town from his position as an ‘influencer’ of the younger generation.
As a side note for our little town we’ve recently got the best fast bowler England have ever produced, an England international striker, England Womens goalie for years and a little known fact is Jim Bowen used to work on the bins

Re: One Small Act - A film by Burnley FC
An excellent effort. It seems quite fashionable on here at times to knock the club at every opportunity but this film and North's commentary sum up what we're about. Sure, the PL circus is a great thing to be a part of but our identity and heritage is everything.
I'm off to see the family down in Devon for a couple of days, including my 18 month-old Claret grandson, so I'll wish eveyone connected with this board - even the nutters a very happy Christmas and all the best for 2022.

Very well done. Marketing and Media has gone up a few notches. Some good things going on at the club off the pitch.
