The sort of people who like them are the sort of people who wear t-shirts saying ''if found, return to the pub''.

Re: 4 in a row for LadBaby
This thread needs merging with the Mrs Brown Boys one
Re: 4 in a row for LadBaby
Good for them. It saves some other manufactured song getting the Xmas number one and they do it for a good cause aswell. Little bit of humour along the way.
People who dislike ladbaby and mrs browns boys seem to be the type who think they are well educated and above such things. These people are also generally boring b*******s who are socially awkward and havent done a days work in their life.

Re: 4 in a row for LadBaby
Fair play to them, well deserved, makes a nice change instead of the usual talent show single.
Elton John has had a great year musically, featured in 3 UK number one singles I think it is and a number one Album.

Re: 4 in a row for LadBaby
Not a fan of Mrs Browns Boys but LadBaby have had 4 Christmas No1's in a row and raised a lot of money for charity so, ok you don't find them funny' but a lot of people obviously do.....it's a bit of fun at Christmas instead of all the serious claptrap that comes out usually at this time of year....
Bravo LadBaby!

Sorry, I meant Mrs Browns Boys. I’ve got no problem with LadBaby, in fact I think it’s great what they’re doing.ClaretDiver wrote: ↑Fri Dec 24, 2021 8:38 pmNot a fan of Mrs Browns Boys but LadBaby have had 4 Christmas No1's in a row and raised a lot of money for charity so, ok you don't find them funny' but a lot of people obviously do.....it's a bit of fun at Christmas instead of all the serious claptrap that comes out usually at this time of year....

Correct young man. Now run along down the pit, you wouldn’t want to miss your tv tripe on bbc 1. Mrs brown is waiting

Re: 4 in a row for LadBaby
Isn't the fact they collaborated with Sheeran and Elton kind of going against what they stood for - they've become what they were against?

They were against being by poor. It’s worked
I’m not fan, Ive seen enough of the tripe social media content to realise I’m clearly too educated for it
Re: 4 in a row for LadBaby
I think some of the things they have done have been hilarious. Especially the one where he chopped the Christmas tree. Maybe it's just my sense of humour.

Personally I think it's great. My Dad was a drummer in a famous band of which I am not going into here but there's been countless acts getting to number one who deserve it far less. At least this has a cause.
There's been several acts mentioned on here already with less talent than LadBaby who seem to be lauded for no reason. One from Liverpool who, well; couldn't sing or play instruments but they did OK.

Re: 4 in a row for LadBaby
It's utter utter dogs hit. Just because other stuff has been doesn't at Christmas before doesn't make this deserving either.
Re: 4 in a row for LadBaby
Who? But fair play if it’s for a good cause.
