Re: João Cancelo
Completely & utterly wrong but far too much information is being revealed & facilitating the offending by social media, nobody should know nothing to even be thinking about committing the crimes never mind carrying them out.

I'm going to post that even though I'm a well known footballer, I don't deserve being attacked and having my family scared in their own home.
No matter what I post on Twatter.

Re: João Cancelo
I’ve woke this morning and reflected on the comments I posted last night. They were out of order and I let the team down, but it’s important that I learn from this and move on. I’m looking forward to brushing my teeth and facing the rest of the day which I know will be much better.

He was in the house. That's how they beat him up.Jakubclaret wrote: ↑Fri Dec 31, 2021 1:13 amI’m going to post that at a certain time & date that I’ve booked a meal at a restaurant & the house will be empty & when I get back I’ll be burgled it’s mystifying.
At least it's not just blacks who you think are bringing crime upon themselves by using social media. It's blacks and Portuguese.

Exactly this, why do we always automatically blame the victim as well.Bin Ont Turf wrote: ↑Fri Dec 31, 2021 1:28 amI'm going to post that even though I'm a well known footballer, I don't deserve being attacked and having my family scared in their own home.

Re: João Cancelo
Yes he was i didn’t think the assault was carried out in the local KFC, the intel was probably gathered from social media & watching his movements, my opening first line was it’s completely & utterly wrong the lad getting beat up, could this have been avoided & did social media help the offenders knowing where he lived & the likelihood that he’d be in probably yes, these footballers live in big houses with driveways its not knocking on a terraced house in a street & forcing your way in, you pretend social media didn’t play a part in facilitating that crime be my guest!TheFamilyCat wrote: ↑Sat Jan 01, 2022 8:36 amHe was in the house. Re: João Cancelo
Terrible that anybody should be robbed and assaulted at any time but worse when the family are in the home. The bruises will heal and he’ll be insured but the mental scars on the family remain.
For all the money they have these wealthy guys don’t seem to have much security. This happens regularly to Liverpool/Everton players.
