It will be a turgid 44 effing 2.... We should use it as a chance to try something different, 343, or 3421.

Pope

Collins Tark Mee
Roberts Stephens Westwood Taylor
Brownhill McNeil
Jay

We haven’t played for some time now and if Dyche hasn’t taken the opportunity to try something different in training over the last couple of weeks we might as well give up

Hopefully Dyche and Woan will have been trying different lineups/formations in training recently. I’d like to see much more energy in midfield with Roberts and Taylor given a chance to show if they have the flexibility/ability to play further forward. Ok, it’s risky and it might not work but imo we must try something different before it’s too late.

4-4-1-1

Pope
Lowton Tarks Mee Pieters
Roberts Brownhill Westwood Taylor
McNeil
Rodriguez

Under 23’s game on Monday night has been moved- assume that means a number of them are going to be involved tomorrow.

Well Arsenal are missing two midfielders so we might see a 4-5-1 or we could really fox them and play, like City, with no striker in a flexible 4-6
Agree I think we have little choice-5 across the back, Roberts wide right, and Jay up front. Then maybe Vydra if fit , for 20 minutes either in place of or partnering Jay

Presuming Taylor is injured ? Would be good to get Collins and Roberts out there .We need to avoid a hammering at all costs

Which players are actually available?

Vydra apparently nursing a hernia so will only be on bench
JRod guaranteed a start
I assume Lennon up top then with him

It'll be 442
