My circumstances have changed and I need a refund on a ticket I bought for the Watford game. I purchased it on line so it say's on the BFC site I must fill in a 'online refund request form ' . Sorry I have searched the Ticket section of the site and I can't see it, can anyone who as done this before point me in the right direction where I can find it.

Never heard of one - but just seen it tells you to fill one in but doesn't provide a link

If you go on the club site in the news section the announcement from 6th Jan about rescheduling the Watford game to the 18th has a link to the online refund request form. Let us know how you get on as I will be wanting a refund for the Everton game in due course

Thank you for all the sensible reply's. I have followed the process and I wait to see when I get my cash back. Most of the information is standard you just need your original payment reference which is printed on your emailed copy or it was on mine.

I read with interest that BFC we’re not giving refunds on bought individual tickets that had been postponed until after a new date for the game had been arranged. A bit naughty that, especially when some may be owed a lot of money. I’d be surprised if that decision hadn’t been challenged, I know I would have done.

I was told I would have to wait until the Everton match had been rescheduled to claim back. I suppose they think you might still be able to attend the new date.

How long does it take to refund on tickets,claimed a refund on my Spurs ticket the day a new date had been arranged,nothing back yet,the ticket office arnt the best at what they do are they?

I just rang the ticket office with my purchase number and they refunded me straight away no problem for tickets for the Southampton match.

Those of us with Villa away tickets are still waiting for a rearranged date. I really don’t understand why a date hasn’t been arranged yet. If it’s midweek then I would imagine lots of people will want a refund.

I emailed the club with details this morning, and they issued the refund, very easy to do

Many Everton fans think it is so Stevie G knows how many points he needs to roll over and pony up to us so that the toffees can get relegated - a bit of claret support would certainly be welcome if it came like that

There’s now a link on the club site to claim refunds for any of the rescheduled games. It’s at the bottom of the news article regarding rescheduled games. Simple form to fill in.
