CT, sorry but I posted this yesterday, would still be interested in reading this, because I think end of next season may be the big increase time. So would like an insight of where they are thinking.Barlickclaret wrote: ↑Thu Feb 03, 2022 11:48 amCT, Where were the plans to make big increases? I may have missed it somewhere but would be interested to see what they were. And could everybody see these plans.

Re: 2022/23 season tickets
Excellent news. Well done Alan for listening and acting, especially in a cost of living crisis.
I would rather have full stadiums and a quicker transfer turnover policy to make the profit they need, £100 (random fig) on 20,000 seats is £2m but then we lose from that empty seats, refreshments, shop purchases etc. so its more like an extra £1m from raising ticket prices that much, and it doesn’t feel that’s enough to alienate fans and risk a soulless stadium and relegation.
Coming up to 10 years of frozen prices where I sit, which is actually a cut when we factor in inflation.

All straight forward to renew, roll on tomorrow
Re: 2022/23 season tickets
How do I renew my partner & son? They have a Clarets Number and are in my F&F however when I select mine and their seats it says I can only purchase 1 season ticket?

Re: 2022/23 season tickets
When I logged it I had 6 tickets highlighted from my friends and family list (but they can pay for their own ) have you tried selecting one of the seats that is your partners or sons and ordering that, you may have to do 3 single orders ?
Re: 2022/23 season tickets
Just logged into My account and tried to renew our season tickets and there is nothing linked to my account so can't buy them, all our season tickets are not available to renew ffs I'm going to try and get through to the ticket office now
Re: 2022/23 season tickets
All 3 of my seats are highlighted in the Stadium Plan but not in F&F. When I try to buy any seat it puts the seat against me rather than wife or sonclaretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 04, 2022 9:33 amWhen I logged it I had 6 tickets highlighted from my friends and family list (but they can pay for their own ) have you tried selecting one of the seats that is your partners or sons and ordering that, you may have to do 3 single orders ?
My son is under 22 but when I select his seat it is charging full price

Re: 2022/23 season tickets
Same here - I've logged in and I can't purchase mine. When I go to renew it says there are no items in my basket and there is no process for me to renew the seat I have now.
Re: 2022/23 season tickets
Tony, if you go via renew you should be able to follow the link to your seat which will show in amber on the stadium planClaretTony wrote: ↑Fri Feb 04, 2022 10:09 amSame here - I've logged in and I can't purchase mine. Re: 2022/23 season tickets
Its Bonkers, I looked at buying them in another part of the same stand a few rows down just to make it quicker because I couldn't be bothered with emails and phone calls but the price is higher rhan the advertised early bird price so I'll have to phone the office nowClaretTony wrote: ↑Fri Feb 04, 2022 10:09 amSame here - I've logged in and I can't purchase mine. Re: 2022/23 season tickets
I got the big red box as well.
Go to the 3 lines, top right, choose 2022/23 season tickets then renew season ticket. You might have to select your seat again but you'll be able to buy it. (Mine said my favourite seat wasn't available in that entire area but it was)
What a faff. That website is one of the worst I've ever used considering we're in 2022.

Re: 2022/23 season tickets
I know, that was mine they don't make it easy sometimes.
Re: 2022/23 season tickets
Tried that, the area of my season ticket is grey, saying nothing available, looked a few rows away and the early bird price doesn't match the price they are selling the tickets for its a lot more expensivequoonbeatz wrote: ↑Fri Feb 04, 2022 10:23 amI got the big red box as well.

Re: 2022/23 season tickets
The ticket office will take the criticism for this but the shocking technology they have to work with is embarrassing. Big news on season tickets, then you can't buy them despite following the simple path on the website. I'll go down to renew our three next month some time.

Ludicrous. The whole thing needs binning when you have to form your own support group to use it!!!quoonbeatz wrote: ↑Fri Feb 04, 2022 10:23 amI got the big red box as well.

Re: 2022/23 season tickets
The friends and family is a joke too. There's a drop down which allows you to list them at 10, 25, 50 or 100 per page but try adding beyond 8, it won't let you.
If I were a non-league club I'd be embarrassed by this website.

I logged into my ticketing account, clicked on the 'renew season ticket' option, chose my own seat, clicked on 'checkout', chose the direct debit option, and set up a new direct debit mandate.
I've received confirmation of my order, and a payment schedule.

Out of interest who is accountable for the website ? Is it outsourced or have we a TS dept of our own?

Re: 2022/23 season tickets
Why on earth you have to reselect your seat is beyond me. This is a renewal process. It should be simple process, and unfortunately it isn't

Re: 2022/23 season tickets
Not sure if this is correct as all on mine are adults but do you have to log in with a clarets number assigned to your son to allow you to purchase a ticket in that age bracket ?
Re: 2022/23 season tickets
Price incorrect on my seat. Also doesn't allow for selecting other seats in my group other than full price. Surely don't have to login for each person?
Re: 2022/23 season tickets
Can't see any of our seats at all, when looking to buy others in same area just to make it easier the price's are higher and don't match early bird price

Re: 2022/23 season tickets
I would imagine it shows a higher price for a different seat as it wouldn't recognise it as a renewal of an existing seat you have

Re: 2022/23 season tickets
I've had a trial run and had no problem at all. It recognised the fact that I was an over 65 when I clicked on my seat on the stadium plan.
However, I didn't complete the purchase. I intend to wait until I receive my credit for selling my shares.

The early bird price is the same price for the whole stand, but when you try to buy at the advertised early bird price it's much higher priceclaretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 04, 2022 11:00 amI would imagine it shows a higher price for a different seat as it wouldn't recognise it as a renewal of an existing seat you have

Just put my seat in the basket, then a new link appeared, clicked on the link in the basket stating 'change scheme subscription' and it put the other 2 in the basket at the correct price
Got there in the end but what a mess
