Full price season tickets now on sale
I hadn't noticed but season tickets are now back on sale at full price.
We are one of only three Premier League clubs who have continued with early bird and then full prices, the others have just gone with one price.
Anyway, full price at Burnley shows varying increases.
I don't have early bird prices for all stands but here are some.
Jimmy Mac Upper - £393 to £450, a 14.5% increase
Longside Upper (wings) - £449 to £555, a 22.5% increase
Longside Upper (centre) - £455 to £590, a 29.7% increase

Glad my m8 Dave got his during the early bird then ... hasn't had a season ticket for 12 years but got one for next season during the early bird period and paid early bird prices ...

Appreciate it’s probably a question no one knows the answer to; but do you think the full price is likely to an indicator of the season after price early bird prices.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Wed Apr 27, 2022 5:19 pmI hadn't noticed but season tickets are now back on sale at full price.

Crazy increases. My son has just returned from working away so he's been unsure of his circumstances until very recently, he's been to the last couple of games and rediscovered his love for the Clarets.
He was contemplating a ticket for next season but not with those increases and prices..

I'm in this boat and I'm not going to bother either. I'll do ad hoc games in the CFS if they start selling tickets in there again. If not, I'll just do the away games at the £30 price cap.Andreshotboots wrote: ↑Wed Apr 27, 2022 8:31 pmCrazy increases. Re: Full price season tickets now on sale
I hadn’t bought at the early bird price as I was waiting to see what division we were in first - not because I’m a Premier League snob but because I wouldn’t be able to make it to midweek evening kick offs in the Championship.
It’s a bit disappointing to see the fairly hefty increases but not exactly surprising.

23.68 per game for Premier League in the J Mac Upper or 19.56 per game if its Championship. And someone suggests they aren't paying those prices and will do 30 quid a game for away matches plus travel instead. Unbelievable...

If people don’t get a season ticket then they may not get chance for away games as there may be no tickets left after season ticket holders have taken them all

I know its not nice to see an increase, but its potentially Premier League football at that price
You ain't going to get that anywhere else at that price I suspect

Re: Full price season tickets now on sale
From talking to a lifelong keen disabled supporter their association has now been disolved due to negativity from the club.
I notice they are selling the North East and South East corner units as season tickets. Are these disabled places now being sold to the able bodied?

The disabled association dissolved was the one set up by Neil Hart, the Burnley Disabled Supporters Group is still in existence.9thMay1987 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 8:11 amFrom talking to a lifelong keen disabled supporter their association has now been disolved due to negativity from the club.

I very much doubt those seats can be sold to anyone, there is a requirement to have a particular number of seats for disabled. It's not been very well run by the club though, earlier this season they had a seat reserved in there (the one between the Longside & Jimmy Mac) for a friend of mine who had passed away two years earlier.

Re: Full price season tickets now on sale
I know under EFL rules the disability guidelines are only in line with the Equality Act whereas the Premier League there is a more pro-active push for better disabled access. However, I would be very very surprised if the club went back on this and started selling them to able bodied fans instead. The optics and politics would be awful. The only way i can see that happening is if there are newly adapted areas elsewhere in the ground.9thMay1987 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 8:11 amFrom talking to a lifelong keen disabled supporter their association has now been disolved due to negativity from the club.

When does the DD start to come out, I thought it was in April, nothing from my bank account yet, I'm a bit worried they've cocked it up because buying it online was a nightmare

I didn't do the DD this year because of having the share credit but I thought it was the beginning of April. If it hasn't come out, you might be advised to check with the club.

Re: Full price season tickets now on sale
Does anyone have any info about whether or not the CFS will be open to non-season ticket holders next season or any time soon? And was it restricted to only season ticket holders after the Arsenal game? Thanks.
Re: Full price season tickets now on sale
Isn’t it something like 10 years since the early bird prices were last increased? At 2% inflation a year for 10 years you’d be looking at a 22% cumulative increase in price over that period. Given that the full price season ticket increases are in that sort of range I don’t think it’s too unreasonable. It’s more of a case that the early bird prices are very good value (especially in the Premier League) rather than the full prices being overpriced.

Pickles - Just queried this with the TO Manager and have been informed that season tickets are on sale now in the CF stand. He cannot say if individual match tickets will be available, as this will be determined by the Safety Advisory Group (presumably on a match by match basis).

Average season ticket prices by Premier League club. Burnley the cheapest prices in the Premier League. I am guessing those that are complaining about ticket prices will be the same ones criticising Garlick for not investing in the club and spending money on players. Burnley is by far the poorest area on that list, with everything that is going on in financially at the moment not sure why your deciding to dig out fans rather the multi million pound corporations increasing prices.

Another thing that people fail to recognise is that we are the only team on that list that regularly fails to get anywhere near capacity most weeks.
Thousands of empty seats nearly every home game, a 20-30% price increase for the late decision makers certainly won’t help resolve that issue.

However, the prospect of having the view of the game wrecked by some fans standing and depriving you of a view of any of the game has certainly wrecked the away experience for us fans unable to stand.

with the increase in prices you would think we sell out every week and have a long waiting list for season tickets. When the demand is low, lets increase the cost, great idea for more empty seats.
Forgot to even mention, we don't even know what division we're in next season yet.

So they should be, they have the lowest demand in one of the poorest parts of the country. English football is just a joke in general, insane ticket prices when seats are just left empty at 99% of grounds.
