Jurgen Klinsman. I will always remember him being interviewed about his reputation for diving when he joined Spurs. His reply was that if anyone thought he was a diver he would invite them for a beer so they could talk about it.

I know it sounds like a bit of a boring choice. But if anyone listens to the MOTD podcasts, some of the stories he tells are absolutely fascinating. He must be a goldmine of anecdotes about Gazza, England, Barça etc...
