I think so. He stayed in the division above I think when he moved.

Swapping Peter Swan for Steve Blatherwick has to be some of the worst business we ever did.

Can anyone think of a bigger downgrade, with the exchange being our choice AND having to pay a transfer fee for the privilege?

Good player from my recollection, a really solid, dominant centre back - second spell he seemed to barely play.

When I saw it, it was pure Stan, saying it was someone putting 2 and 2 together to get 5 and then speaking at great length about wanting him and him going to speak to Heath.

I've just checked it. He made just one substitute appearance in the first 16 league games, but then played the full 90 minutes in 16 of the next 18. Then he didn't feature in the last 12 games,

I was once walking over the bridge when a few of the players were coming the other way. They were playing some sort of game with the footballs, kicking them along the bridge in succession and, without thinking, I trapped one of the balls under my foot and they all went mad at me. It was horrible, I was about 10 and my heroes were shouting at me! I'm still scarred by it, to be honest
