In our Chanpionship winning season of 2015/16 Andre Gray joined us on or around 25 August 2015.

I am fairly confident that we won't be signing a proven scorer by 9pm on 20th July 2022.

Absolutely. Delaying your entry until the season kicks off gives a real advantage in that you can assess all of the later transfer dealings by the clubs expected to be competing for the title.
