Beer cracked open going to start slow cooking cajun chicken on the barbecue shortly.

The hills of East Lancashire are caressing fluffy white cloud and blue sky on the horizon and everyone has gone out.

Our barbecue version is ........cook it all in the kitchen and then take outside to waiting salad, relish, sauces and bread covered gently( to keep the flies away)
Not at all keen on the smell of barbecue accelerants which neighbours use.
