Who’s got the team news?!
Re: Burnley vs Luton - Match thread
Same team. No Twine in the squad (slight knock), Benson bench.

Shame about Twine. Hopefully we get to see something of Benson this afternoon.

Not a great start for Twine but a long season ahead

Wonder why Richardson isn’t making the bench, given there’s 0 striker options there at the min. Match fitness after such a long time out?Newcastleclaret93 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 06, 2022 2:08 pmBuzzing Costelloe is getting more game time. Real bright spark in last seasons u23s

Perhaps the rumours about twine not being quite up to the standard physically are accurate
Perhaps a transition season for the lad

Not sure having a knock is related to physically being readyNewcastleclaret93 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 06, 2022 2:33 pmPerhaps the rumours about twine not being quite up to the standard physically are accurate

Afternoon all from a sunny Derry, won't have the element of surprise today so I'm expecting a tougher game, gone for 2-1 on the predictor, can't wait!UTC

Re: Burnley vs Luton - Match thread
I think the rumours suggested he will be prone to getting knocks as he nots quite up to the physicality of this league yet.
I’m sure our team are looking at his work load etc… to get him up to the standard

Re: Burnley vs Luton - Match thread
Twine is a slight muscle tear, 3-4 weeks
Think that adds to the already urgent need for forward players

I would think the main difference between league1 and the championship is quality not physicalityNewcastleclaret93 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 06, 2022 2:38 pmI think the rumours suggested he will be prone to getting knocks as he nots quite up to the physicality of this league yet.
