I think I was at every single one of those matches.

Blake’s free kick at Preston was absolutely perfect

All 3 of Blake's freekicks against Preston were perfect. I bet Preston couldn't believe it. What a player.

Still fun to see the PNE fans 'cheering' as he thinks the ball is going to continue an upward trajectory only for it to crash into the net fractions of a second later.

My favourite Robbie goal that, One of them as soon as he hit it I knew it was in from where I was sat….. absolutely un-saveable.

Unbelievable player for us, the one player that really carried us on his own yet was carried by everyone else when he was off it.

Always loved Glen's goal against Bristol Rovers. Won us the game as well if I remember rightly.

Won us the game and Andy Payton was sent off in the first half.

Paterson v Reading is still the best one for me.

Yeah it was real backs to the wall stuff and I was just hoping for a point against a fellow promotion contender. Its still a great goal of course but in my head after the game and for years later, I was convinced he picked the ball up much further back and beat about three more players before putting it in the net🤣

Need to show this to my eight year old to prove that the guy looking after him at the football themed summer holiday club at his school this year did indeed play (and score) for Burnley.

That goal would have made the list if it'd been against a non-league team in a cup but but to score such a screamer like that in a game of the highest importance, after we'd been backs against the wall for virtually the entire first half, makes it extra special.

Has to be my favourite ever Burnley goal.

Great compilation that..... Which goals are missing?

For me - ones that stand out

Gareth Taylor header vs Wolves (Robbie blake Cross)
Ally Pickering volley away at Stoke
Stephen Thompson vs Reading in the play offs

Thompson definitely. I think Pickering was 90s though.

Mickey Mellon's goal at Scunthorpe always gets overlooked for Little's but it was a belter

Yes, Pickering had gone before the start of the 99/00 promotion season.

Wade Elliot away at Sunderland circa 2007 was a belter too

The amount of times I copied Little's celebration at Scunthorpe as a kid...

The finger point wave salute thing.

Not gunna lie, I still do it now every so often. Waiting for the sink to fill to do the dishes, waiting for the kettle to boil... crack out the finger point wave salute thing.

It's almost regal.

What a player. My favourite ever. I don't know a Burnley fan who grew up in the 90s who doesn't have Super Glen on a pedestal.

I still love Robbie Blake more than my wife!!!!!!!!

She is bang average at free kicks to start with, not sure what Robbie's roasts are like though!!

I was only young at the time but I remember a player called Tom Cowan scoring a bicycle kick (if my memory serves me right). I've had a quick Google and noticed he only scored one goal for us. Can anyone shed any more light on this.. i think it may have been 1999 season so will have missed out on this video.

Yep, against Macclesfield Town in the midst of the 98/99 relegation battle I think. Cowan and Cook came in and changed our fortunes immeasurably.

On that note, I was watching the best of the 01/02 season on YouTube the other day and you forget how good Paul Cook was for us too by the way.

Thanks for that.. I've failed to find a video but I think that's probably for the better as I have this wonder goal etched in my memory and wouldn't like to see the true reality of a poorly executed bicycle kick

This was the season (I think) that I infrequently started going on. We won 4-3 if memory serves right.
