Cardiff have definitely had the better of the opening quarter. We've really not had any real possession in their half despite the stats.

Cardiff winning all the 50/50 balls. Sluggish start by us

Good stop from Cullen snapshot from just inside the area. Finally put a few passes together in the final third.

Tella offside looked like the right decision. Again, no need for him to stray with his pace. Jay slightly late with the through ball.

Cullen just given the ball away a few times in succession but Taylor brilliant in dealing with the long clearance from their keeper.

Dangerous break down our right by their winger. Taylor dealt with the cross into the area. The corner leads to us breaking with Tella and a decent strike from JBG wrapping his foot around the ball. It not quite curling into the far post.

Its like they turn up like you would at sunday league as a top side playing somebody you perceive to be not as good and strolling around until the lesser team goes 1 up

Thats what i can see happening here

Both wingers been poor for us. JBG and Tella not making the most of some good positions.

Poor first half and need a big step up if we're gonna win it. Travelling fans have been disappointing as well and need to get behind the team and make some noise in the second half.

I reckon Tella and JBG get 10 minutes to improve or Zaroury + Benson will be on.

Wasting a few balls up front. Moving the ball too slowly.

Really poor first half. No real penetration - really easy for Cardiff to defend.

Both full backs dire, midfield not much better.

Positives- Taylor H-B and JBG

Watching SSN in Can Picafort, presenter reckons it's all Burnley, although Cardiff look dangerous on the break.
Cullen close and Brownhill a 1on1 with the keeper.
Sounds a lot better than this thread

We have had many 90mins, most games we've had a good half and a bad half, fingers crossed we've got a bad one out the way.

Possibly our weakest half this season? Maybe?

Yet I still think we’ll win - subs will make the difference today. More penetration down the flanks required. I think Tella has been very poor in possession, lot bouncing off him etc - I’d be getting Zaroury on for him.
