I've attended every game between us since the 2000's and not seen one fight between a Burnley and Blackburn fan.

It's people over egging this fixture that's the problem.

Twitter is full of numpties claiming it will be carnage. The reality will be swearing at each other from coaches or behind Police.
You forgot the bouncing around like kangaroos pointing at each other

So, just asked the staff at The Boot, they say they will shut the doors for an hour after the game and have no plans to have staff manning the doors letting people in.

Don't sell beer in the cricketfield but leave the kiosks full of beer and unlocked.

Glad I watched the classic shirts competition at half time

The idea that any Rovers fans will try to go in town centre pubs is ridiculous. I doubt we will see an away shirt other than in the ground.

Agree... Most of the Rovers fans came on the buses and those in cars were back down Shadsworth for FT fiddling with their horses

Piccy of outside The Woodman on Tod Rd just turned 11am this morning. Front and side doors both open
Presumably known about beforehand by police and quite a lot of fans.
Doors stayed open throughout and after the game. No trouble whatsoever.
