shame about the tackle on Bale at the end. He was lining up to knock it in from the halfway line; that would have been some story!
The commentator would have passed out if that happened.

yes it was, had a free 1 pound build a bet and at half time put wales to win 2 1 and bale 2 shots on target, 30-1
Would have been even more shattering to have missed out on such a fortune when Bale inevitably shot 20 yards wide.

You have to respect Scotland’s decision to boycott this World Cup…

Quite! why expect them to break a tradition stretching back to 1998 after all. :)

Careful.
You'll be having Old Haggis wrapped in jockstraps hurled through your windows saying that.

Nobody else think Bale played for that penalty. He threw himself backwards into the defender. I wants Wales to win but bale cheated

Johnson to get the winner!
He did very well in the build up to the goal in keeping it in play and then good reactions with the quick throw when it came

I find him an incredibly strange player.

There’s clearly quality there, but never produces on a regular basis

Apart from winning (and scoring) the pen he had a poor game. Gave the ball away every time he had it.

Edit - sorry, my comment was re Bale.

I thought he was clever. Reminds me of a penalty George Boyd won against Blackburn

Thought Roberts was excellent tonight. Especially in second half when he had license to get forward. Great result for Wales and England

USA USA USA USA, They've only got one song and it covers all their sports
And I think their pond-life use it on the days they're storming the White House too.
