Online club shop

Post by Indecisive » Sun Dec 11, 2022 12:09 pm

Just spent 30 mins trying to buy something. Given up.

Anyone else have issues checking out? Just repeatedly logging me out.

Using the shop on the app is nigh on impossible.

How are we still so bad at this? With all the technology Pace has brought in around the ground you’d think an online shop that functions properly is a pretty quick fix.

I would've thought that would be the case... if they know there's an issue.

I find the website is very unresponsive quite regularly. The online shop is a nightmare.

I've been trying to find out my teamcard points for over a month now. I was advised by our official twitter account to email our marketing team and despite sending and resending emails they haven't replied.

I bought a strip for my grandson. They sent it to my previous address and I moved last February! All the records I can see show the correct address. When I asked them why, they said my old address was the one that came up on their system and they couldn’t do anything about it!! I have written to other people pointing it out and haven’t had any reply. The football is brilliant at the minute but behind the scenes is appalling.

For the first time had problems ordering my sons christmas presents , 3 tops. Checkout was a nightmare, the system would not accept the visa I use.
Tried every day for a week, same issue every day.
My wife eventually sorted it using paypal.
I sent an email to the shop.
Never heard back.
Not good.
