Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
The claret and blue stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there.

The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of Jay Rod danced in their heads.
And mamma in her ‘scarf, and I in my cap,
Had just settled our brains for Christmas at the top.

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I flew like a flash,

Gave the lustre of Claret hue to objects below.
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But Vincent Kompany, and the Clarets 3 points clear.

With a little winger, so lively and quick,
I knew Vincent Kompany must be St Nick.
More rapid than eagles his Clarets they came,
And passed, moved, and marshalled the game!

"Now, Tella! now, Brownhill! now, Cullen and Bastien!
On, Cork! On, Taylor! on, Berg Gudmundsson! And Barnes!
To the top of the League! to the top of the pile!
Now win away! Thrash away! Dominate away all!"

Visited Calgary and Vancouver first time and then did a road trip (Vancouver-whistler-kamloops-Mt.Robson-Jasper-Banff-Sunnybrae-Vancouver Island-Vancouver)…. Was absolutely incredible.
