Jack Cork
Been so many threads after games about his great performances, and here's another.
Superb again. Not a classic of course, but the 3 points are all important.

I think Glenn Little summed it up perfectly on lancs, not a classic but a huge learning game and a precious 3 points.

Re: Jack Cork
I thought he looked tired today…. We need another like him to keep him fresh.
Re: Jack Cork
Cork and Cullen deserve a pat on the back. Worked hard tonight in very difficult circumstances.

When does the 10 yellow card threshold become 15 yellows?

Jack Cork makes Burnley a much better side when he’s in it. If I had a pound for every…

Re: Jack Cork
Be a hell of a job replacing him.
Re: Jack Cork
Don’t think it does, could do with him being booked on Monday ,so one of the matches he misses is the FA Cup match,& only one league game.agreenwood wrote: ↑Fri Dec 30, 2022 10:07 pmWhen does the 10 yellow card threshold become 15 yellows?

Re: Jack Cork
He’s brilliant in the Championship. Not so much in the Prem.
Re: Jack Cork
I think it is around game 32 so no way he wont get another yellow before then.agreenwood wrote: ↑Fri Dec 30, 2022 10:07 pmWhen does the 10 yellow card threshold become 15 yellows?
Cullen is starting to pick yellows too-is he on 6 now?

Re: Jack Cork
Him & Cullen were good throughout.
But after we'd scored, those two really pulled down the shutters. Especially the last 10/15 minutes.
Not sure whether we'd have won that game early in the season. Stoke are physical & mean it. They were marginally on top first half. Stopped us playing as well as Sheff U.
Jack is a class act and shows it, game on game. A real leader in our new way of playing in this league.

Re: Jack Cork
You hope that a fit Westwood can fill in for a suspended or injured cork-Cullen-brownhill or change formation for twine. It’s an interesting conumdrum we have not. Had to face yet. Genuinely fascinate to see what Vincent does when it arrives. I THINK VK IS ONE OF THE GAMES THINKERS AND WILL HAVE A PLAN
