O Romeo,Romeo wherefore art thou Romeo ?

Apparently signed for Brentford until the end of the season. Dad's influence or is he any good ? Is it about selling shirts to impressionable teenagers.
Lots of players who are not that good protected by dad, ie Steve Bruce's lad getting jobs with daddy , but there are some cracking footballers who have eclipsed their dad, Jamie Redknap, Harvey Barnes but who are the best dad and son players , Haalands ? Schmeichel?

Romeo is crap. Widely known he is solely there because of daddy.

For best father and son footballers where each have reached a similar pinnacle in football it Lilian Thuram and Marcus Thuram would be up there as well as Federico and Enrico Chiesa.

I suppose if it’s a reality programme it should not have Romeo’s name in the title . Maybe the programme should be titled ‘ Guess who has gone for a Frank?’

I am not privy to how Cockney’s would express themselves in this situation.

That’s the best I can come up with at this late time of the night. Time to pull the curtains

Chuck in Chris and Paul Scott plus their dad Derek and you have three generations of Clarets. Also Walter and Warren Joyce.

If you really want to stretch it to father and daughter how about Peter and Katie Zelem.

Mixing sports Albert and Susan Cheesborough, Burnley footballer 1950s and Olympic gymnast.
