Setting Up Childs Clarets Number
Morning,
Doe anyone have experience of setting up a New Clarets number for a child to get a season ticket? Tried on website but won't let me use my email to set it up as already have an account.
Thanks

Re: Setting Up Childs Clarets Number
You may have to contact ticket office to get a clarets number issued NBC
Re: Setting Up Childs Clarets Number
I ended up creating a new account with a second email, as always it was a nightmare navigating round the site. And they need an account for junior clarets. Not yet managed to link the two accounts, but I now get emails from the club to both email addresses and the child account is treated as an adult one in terms of the emails sent out. There is probably a way to add a child under my own but I couldn't figure it out, they make things so hard!

Re: Setting Up Childs Clarets Number
I set one up last week by emailing the ticket office.
Just gave name, address, d.o.b and asked them to use my email address if needed.
They sent me the number back within 5 minutes.
After setting up I noticed you can do it online though. But not tried that way.

Had a response from ticket office just saying I need to set up a clarets number online, not even a link to correct part of website so helpful as ever

I'd have thought a number would automatically be given when becoming a season ticket holder.

I had to add 3 new family members at the start of the season for season tickets, I’m that impatient I was close to binning the idea off.NaturalBornClaret wrote: ↑Thu Feb 09, 2023 8:25 amYeah I had a feeling would be hard work, I will try emailing ticket office with all info and see if I get a response

The website is a good 10-15 years behind the times, clunky and hard to navigate without it throwing up errors, if it was a normal company website your sales team would be going mental. I get that some on here that use it regularly, don’t see the big issue as they are used to it, but for new users (quite important) it’s shite.

I admire your bluntness Mr 1989, but sh!te doesn't even begin to cover it.
Talk about unfit for purpose - I think it was designed on a ZX Spectrum.
Bloody hard work at times and impossible at others. I live in Burnley so can nip to
the ticket office quite easily, but it must be hell for people who live away.

Genuine question. What happened when you die.
Do people "pass" points on?

The criteria for purchasing away tickets is being a STH with 6000+ pointsClockwork Claret wrote: ↑Thu Feb 09, 2023 5:44 pmI'm sorry for your loss.
But what measures are in place to stop people carrying points on in heritage?
Unless somebody continues using the deceased ST and repurchases the points are worthless
