Wa**kers - deserve everything they get
Re: Rovers away tickets
An allocation of only 2000 (+250) is shameful. We'll just have to sing even louder. COYC

Spiteful bast**ds
Re: Rovers away tickets
At least this way you know everyone who gets a ticket has put the time and effort in to get the points.
Anyone any idea how many on over 6 thousand points now?

Re: Blackburn allocation
Did mention the other week that allocation was going to be 2k + hospitality.
Don’t forget that player/club comps will be taken out of that 2k yet so allocation is more like 18/1900.

Burnley wanted more - police were happy with more ….
Blackburn tried to appease their fans who wanted minimal allocation for our party there

I just hope that this doesn't lead to fans traveling without tickets and causing mayhem that is the last thing we need . I suggest fans should boycott and hopefully watch it on the turf with big screen .
Re: Blackburn allocation
I did tell you this 3 or 4 weeks ago...
There were some silly sausages who claimed to be in the know we were getting 8k

And these will be allocated via a ballot with only those with 6000 points being eligible.

Will be quite a few I think - I’m on about 5k and haven’t been on anywhere near as many games as I used to go on in the past few years.

I love seeing that sh*tstain of a club bottle it every season, but seeing them bottle the playoffs this season will be even sweeter now.

Re: Blackburn allocation
Undoubtedly will result in many fans in the home end and around the area outside the ground. It’s totally stupid to think the result of this petty action would be anything but that.Clive 1960 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2023 3:23 pmI just hope that this doesn't lead to fans traveling without tickets and causing mayhem that is the last thing we need . Of course, it will be the troublemakers from Burnley (who recently allegedly killed someone don’t you know) that will be the root cause of violence…
Mind boggles, insane decision.

On the big screen at Turf Moor please, not getting involved in a ballot.

Re: Blackburn allocation
And even those successful in the ballot have to collect their ticket from Turf Moor with photo ID, rather than receive them through the post.
Don't think I'll bother.

Re: Rovers away tickets
There must be people on 7 or 8 thousand points and more.
Might have been nice to let the ultra loyal fans have first dibs rather than a ballot

Bring it on….
With VK in charge we won’t play them again for a while so I’ll be doing all I can to get tickets!!

Apparently, tickets dished out via a ballot of those on 6k points or more
Apologies, bit slow there

Our group are all between 11,000 & 14,000 but can only go in the ballot with everyone else.Croydon Claret wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2023 3:30 pmThere must be people on 7 or 8 thousand points and more.

Re: Rovers away tickets
That seemed a logical plan
Re: Rovers away tickets
It'll be very interesting to see if there is a way round this process for certain fans....the ones who always get tickets no matter what restrictions are put on

could not think of out worse sitting next to someone singing your mums your dad and trying to blend in with them.Rick_Muller wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2023 3:25 pmUndoubtedly will result in many fans in the home end and around the area outside the ground. Re: Rovers away tickets
Worse that they changed the plan half way through - I’m guessing they’re putting us all in the top tier too which is only explanation why they changed hospitality from pre/post match and half time to just pre match.

Re: Rovers away tickets
Fair play to the club with the ballot process seems like the best way to go about it. Can’t go arbitrarily changing to 10000 points for one game.
It’s very petty from Blackburn Rovers and their fans but that doesn’t surprise me. Tinpot mentality. Even sweeter when we win I guess.

Re: Rovers away tickets
From them as a club it is quite cowardly but it represents their fanbase perfectly well.
Least we know we treated them the same as every visiting club rather than giving us less tickets than anyone else all season due to the simple fact we are way better than they are. Hopefully during the game Sky inform viewers just how weak they are.

Re: Rovers away tickets
Be interesting to see what would happen if there were 2,000 plus ticketless fans getting rowdy outside and 4,000 empty seats inside?
