The ground is very close to the town centre so plenty of pubs in close proximity. We drank in one of two Wetherspoons prior to the game. Can’t remember it’s name but it was the one further away from the ground than the one nearer to it.

New York Tavern is a belter of a out, Great for real ales and the Cutlers arms is a good real ale pub, Not sure for away fans. I've only been in the summer when no football was on..Stalbansclaret wrote: ↑Mon Apr 17, 2023 6:16 pmLooking on Google the New York Tavern looks decent......anyone know if this is OK for us away fans ?

Went to the Cutler's Arms in the end..just round the corner from the ground and an excellent choice.... both sets of fans mixing, good ales and a real trad boozer.

Accy Clarets chose the Ball Inn at Thorpe Helsey just off the M1. A 3hour plus stop went down Well Tbh. Great out door space in a nice Village setting. We'll done accy clarets /Leisure
