Sounds like we are really on it tonight, delighted for Twine to bag, and another assist for Roberts.

Shocking time to concede though bang on HT.

Yellow card for Maatsen there? Is Madley feeling okay? Missed one of the most blatant handballs you’ll see before too.

Even when we score goals from it?
We score from ******* it up at the back and giving away unecessary corners and generally giving the ball away in the box?

You just wonder if these games are seen as the acid test as to immediate future at Burnley for next season, whether that error from BPF could be a very costly one for him.

Done ok for us this season when needed, but with the GK links that we’re seeing it does just make you wonder.

Looked like panic from Vitinho, no need to do that. **** happens.
More upset with that ridiculous pen decision. The ref gives that and their heads would have gone, instead he gives them a boost.

We started to unravel a bit in first half added time. We started to look vulnerable against long ball stuff. VK needs to calm them down.

Genuinely don’t think I’ve seen a worse ref performance than this so far. Blatant and easy penalty decision, our keeper completely obstructed from coming for the ball, Maatsen booked when really the free kick should have gone our way, letting them get away with every dark art…….AWFUL referee!

Good first half. Foster has been excellent.

Commentary has been less so. Not saying it's easy but Phil Bird has said Maatsen's got a ripped shirt four times. I wouldn't mind but he hasn't.
To be fair to Phil Bird on this, he 100% has a ripped shirt.

Not a bad half, not at our best but far better than Rotherham. An injustice to concede really. Foster is looking sharper. Need to step it up and finish them off second half.

Booking on Maatsen was poor. Not sure what he did wrong. We've left a couple of goals out there.

Zaroury at fault for conceding the corner for the goal, nothing to do with the keeper and passing it around at the back to be fair. Then just didn't defend it well enough. Need to come out strong in the second half. COYC!

Ref is making some bad decisions by the looks of it on sky. VAR used in this game and we're 2-0 up.

Doesn't change my view on VAR, mind. We've had some bad decisions go for us this year.

Played well. Let's get the win.

I’m late to the party, why isn’t Muric starting?

Sounds like Foster is playing well, from what I can see even tho he hasn’t always player well Kompany is using the rest of the season to bed him in for the premier league, hopefully this and a full pre season will get him up and running

Isn't this exactly the sort of test where our fringe players can impress? Or fail to?
It makes sense for VK to see them in a difficult game.

Lots on here moan about VAR but in this division you are in the hands of some mediocre referering. This is reminding me of Reading with a lock of quality and composure in their final third. I suspect the goal will try and make them more direct and they will try to win free kicks and corners

Foster showed some flashes but not looking like scoring. Cullen had been tremendous and Twine has had his best 45 mins. But what an awful goal to concede. Very rare for us. Poor control fir the corner and our muscled under the bar
