Burnley Fooball Club - drilltops

Post by Pickles » Sat Apr 22, 2023 2:08 pm

The new drilltops are missing a T on the badge. Have photos but struggling to post them.

There is no T in Burnley!

Realistic, lunch, dinner available but no T.

Looks like it says “Burnley Pooball Club” - but of a niche market that ain’t it?

I pointed it out to the shop manager. They've since been taken off the website and the tweets announcing them have been deleted. Bit of a poor error really.

As with a lot of people nowadays, attention to detail is sadly lacking. Someone at BFC would have given the go ahead to some overseas producer to commence production after seeing first garments.
Then to make it worse no one spotted it prior to putting them out for sale. Amateurs.

And all the photos on the website, mad that no-one noticed it. When I mentioned it to the manager I half expected him to know but he had no idea.

Ha ha. Bought one yesterday and didn’t realise until I’ve read this thread. I’m wearing it now and looked down at the crest to discover!

Will be being returned next week!

I thought he was manager but he was in there yesterday. He is very rude and comes across as a bit of a pr!ck.

Strange how this has happened as they would have used a vector artwork of the logo to make the badge so it would have had to be edited to remove the T.

He’s definitely still there

He cost me an extra £10 when we went in the other week for away shirt for the nephew and he asked him if he wanted it personalised 😂

If it's the little bald feller who had a beard when I was in last week I have always found him to be pleasant and welcoming with the occasional bit of salesman geck but that's ok.

He’s a salesman and also a bit of a character. I’ve always found him pleasant and friendly. Like others who’ve said it before, he always says hello when you go in the shop. I’d rather he was like that than just keeping his head down and pretending you weren’t there.
