Benson definitely pulled back. I wouldn't have given it without VAR.

I get the argument of letting things flow, it he doesn't seem interested in punishing anything

Time wasting because he’s not sprinted to take a free kick for us? Despite a free kick at the attacking end often allowing 30+ seconds to set up etc
