Re: Blades for sale!
They’ve been for sale for a while haven’t they?
Hasn’t The Prince of wherever it is (whatever the current owner is called) been trying to sell to some Nigerian businessman? Sounds like something that will end well.

Unless they use someone like Macquarie to advance it - as I suspect we and whoever comes up from the play-offs will to - it is more or less a universal practice in recent seasonsElectroClaret wrote: ↑Fri Apr 28, 2023 3:10 pmReports in the papers today that their players will have to wait for their promotion bonuses until the first tranche of

If anyone is actually interested in the Sentencing Guidelines for possession of a blades article, here you go:
https://www.sentencingcouncil.org.uk/wp ... _WEB-1.pdf
And some commentary
https://www.lawtonslaw.co.uk/resources/ ... d-article/
s42 Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 increased the sentence for a s139 Criminal Justice Act 1988 offence to 4 years, but Im sure the solicitors on here can confirm it.

if we are talking about corrosive substances then you can get up to 4 years. but not with a bladed article unless you are a repeat offender.
