Travelling by road to Bristol tomorrow?

Post by alf_resco » Fri Apr 28, 2023 7:34 pm

Just a quick heads-up here. The M5 from Birmingham to Bristol will be hugely busy tomorrow morning due to thousands of Brummies heading to their rented mobile home at Brean/ Burnham and/or caravanners all having a long weekend and also also expect congestion in roadworks at J7 Worcester.
I'd allow PLENTY of time. I know these things: I'm an ex-pat Claret living in Worcestershire ! Have a good trip ! COYC. UTC. NNN.

Our coaches are well on their way and already down as far as just north of Worcester without any holdups, except for a couple of 50mph stretches.
