Walk on tickets next season
Bit early I know but.......
I'm supposed to be over in the UK from late July to August 16th and if we are at home on the opening day, would love to be there. The only chance I have had over the last few years has been early season. Last season was great. I got three games in. No wins unfortunately!
Anyone know roughly how many tickets will be on sale for non season ticket holders.
I'm guessing it might be tough to get one (two would be better).
In 2009 I went hospitality for Everton (1-0 Wade Elliot) at home. The scousers on the same table never returned at half time or after.
Would much rather save a ton of cash, have a few pints before in Burnley and walk on 15 minutes before kick off.
As a heads up, let me know if you can't go to the game, if there is one!

As soon as the fixtures are confirmed, email the supporter liaison officer explaining you are coming from overseas. They should be able to help you. But you need to get in quick. I’m sorry I don’t know who the SLO is at the moment.ClaretinJapan wrote: ↑Thu May 11, 2023 5:22 amBit early I know but.......

The email should still be the same regardless of who is currently in the role SLO @ Burnleyfc dot comRammyClaret61 wrote: ↑Thu May 11, 2023 6:45 amAs soon as the fixtures are confirmed, email the supporter liaison officer explaining you are coming from overseas. That would be great. Thanks. I think the fixtures are out on June 14th. Let's see what happens.Claret Till I Die wrote: ↑Thu May 11, 2023 6:32 amI believe there will be around 1k walk on tickets available. If you want to sort out details nearer the date of sale I'm happy to get you one
I would go away too, but not sure if tickets for that would be remotely possible.

You managed to see three games last season without a win!! That must be near impossible!ClaretinJapan wrote: ↑Thu May 11, 2023 5:22 amLast season was great. I got three games in. No wins unfortunately!

Re: Walk on tickets next season
The club may do the ticket swap for season ticket holders who can't attend. Early season game attendances often have a few empty seats due to them being in the school holidays. Could make a few more tickets available.

I’m guessing he must have been over at the same time in 2022.
Good luck with the tickets, hopefully the club can sort you out if you get in touch.

Re: Walk on tickets next season
So walk on tickets you mean non-season tickets rather than just turning up on the day? I’m sure you would get 2 if you buy them as soon as they go on sale. Away tickets will not be so easy but not impossible.

Luton, Hull, Blackpool.
I saw the Huddersfield game on Sky from Japan! Had Covid though!

Re: Walk on tickets next season
I meant tickets that can be bought online or at the ticket office before the day. Ticket office wouldn't be much use for me, unless I did just turn up on the day. I'd hopefully want to get sorted in advance.TheOriginalLongsider wrote: ↑Thu May 11, 2023 7:49 amSo walk on tickets you mean non-season tickets rather than just turning up on the day? You should be fine buying online and can select the option to collect from the ticket office or get the tickets delivered to someone in the UKClaretinJapan wrote: ↑Thu May 11, 2023 7:54 amI meant tickets that can be bought online or at the ticket office before the day. Re: Walk on tickets next season
The website doesn't work properly here, though it may depend on the internet provider. Another hurdle. Last time it worked ok on my phone. I doubt it's a Japan issue. Apparently others have said the same on other threads.TheOriginalLongsider wrote: ↑Thu May 11, 2023 8:08 amYou should be fine buying online and can select the option to collect from the ticket office or get the tickets delivered to someone in the UK
Same goes for Clarets plus, only works on my phone. I wish they'd sort it!
Anyway..... where there's a will there's a way...
