It just seems to be down to the score-line nearing the end of the game. A 1 nil seems to attract 7/8/9 mins. A 3 nil and it's about 3/4 mins (max). The ref's literally making their own rules up.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Sat May 20, 2023 5:10 pmIt’s becoming a joke now and there’s no logic to what’s added on.

Re: Today's footy 20th May
I'd say the two lads who present Toffee TV are a very very good gauge of what's happening, as an example they've been scathing in the continued picking of Maupay but yet appreciate the mess Dyche inherited and put the blame for that at the feet of the owner. I would have been ****** off if we were bringing Maupay on in the Championship never mind the PL, no idea what Lampard was thinking spending 15 million on him.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Sat May 20, 2023 5:13 pmMeltdowns online are hardly a gauge. I speak to a number of Everton fans I know and they understand the mess at that club.

Exactly the same as my Everton, shareholding friends are sayingClaretTony wrote: ↑Sat May 20, 2023 5:06 pmEverton fans I know definitely not saying that. They tell me he’s inherited a complete mess.

Whoever even thought of paying that for Maupay should have been straight through the door.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Sat May 20, 2023 5:17 pmI'd say the two lads who present Toffee TV are a very very good gauge of what's happening, as an example they've been scathing in the continued picking of Maupay but yet appreciate the mess Dyche inherited and put the blame for that at the feet of the owner. Carlisle 2 Bradford 1, goal for Bradford straight from the kick off in the second half of extra time, could be going to pens

Re: Today's footy 20th May
Can we not change the rules and get five relegated?
Too big a dilemma. Leeds are, well, Leeds. Everton after what they did to us last season. Forest after what their owner did to us in Athens.
I reckon it will be Leicester and Forest to go though.

the lad who scored what as of now is the winner wouldn't be able to play in the final at Wembley against Stockport as he is on loan to Carlisle from Stockport !

2 of my best mates support Leeds and Forest so I’m hoping they both stay up. Happy to see both Leicester and Everton drop due to the fact they are both dirty cheating b******s (financially)

I know, but they haven’t gone bust and not paid their creditors yet (like Leicester did) and they’ve spent a fraction of what Everton have and not tried to write it off for Covid reasons

to be fair though, had they not done it the way they did they wouldn't be anywhere near the PL, would never have won the PL, FA Cup or had European Footy. They didn't even pay their Ambulance bill, I hope they plummet

Why would they not? Totally different owners since then and it was their funding that brought them the success.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Sat May 20, 2023 7:06 pmto be fair though, had they not done it the way they did they wouldn't be anywhere near the PL, would never have won the PL, FA Cup or had European Footy. Should Forest hold out here, i think Everton will stay up if they beat Bournemouth at home next week. And Leicester look totally shot.Conroysleftfoot wrote: ↑Sat May 20, 2023 7:02 pmLeeds and Everton fans must be a tad worried at the moment.
Just cant see Leeds winning both their remaining games.
So Leicester and Leeds to join Southampton for me.

Morgan Gibbs White is some player. I was sceptical when Forest bought him but he has had a great season.

It's been a great display by the Florists. Full of guts.
It's a shame Marinakis owning them takes the gloss off officially ending Arsenal's title bottling season.
