It just seems to be down to the score-line nearing the end of the game. A 1 nil seems to attract 7/8/9 mins. A 3 nil and it's about 3/4 mins (max). The ref's literally making their own rules up.

I'd say the two lads who present Toffee TV are a very very good gauge of what's happening, as an example they've been scathing in the continued picking of Maupay but yet appreciate the mess Dyche inherited and put the blame for that at the feet of the owner. I would have been ****** off if we were bringing Maupay on in the Championship never mind the PL, no idea what Lampard was thinking spending 15 million on him.
