Technically, I could also have been to Zambia as well, as border between Zimbabwe & Zambia runs through the Zambezi where I did white-water rafting!

I've just scrolled through the official list of countries (197) and was surprised at how many places aren't countries. I knew that most of the French Caribbean/Pacific Islands along with French-Guiana were Departments of France - Free EU roaming on your phone works in some of them - but even the French islands which aren't along with what were Dutch and British Protectorates in the Caribbean don't get listed either; in that regard, Greenland and Puerto Rico must be two of the biggest.

I'm guessing that there are a few merchant navy types above. My dad had spent time in the south seas and had been to all sorts of exotic places, but, of course, most were coastal. We appear to have quite a few landlocked countries left on the list.
