The points requirement will be set higher for certain low allocation and very popular games.
Loyalty Points change
Re: Loyalty Points change
Cheers. Given they have a lot of data they should be able to make pretty informed decisions on this

To all the OAPs who are gatekeeping loyalty points because they happen to be born 30 years earlier than the rest of us, and feel they have a divine right to any game……

“OAPs” , “gatekeeping” , “divine right” - is there any real need ?Nipples wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 4:52 pmTo all the OAPs who are gatekeeping loyalty points because they happen to be born 30 years earlier than the rest of us, and feel they have a divine right to any game……

At the end of the clip when Cena made whoever it was stand down, the announcer said at last some respect was being shown.
These guys supported with feet when no-one else did and have, on the whole, taken it it on the chin even though the loyalty has been redefined to be wholly within the premier league seasons plus the last memorable one. Please let’s not pour scorn on that.

I'm really too old to understand what any of that was about, or to know who those people are.Nipples wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 4:52 pmTo all the OAPs who are gatekeeping loyalty points because they happen to be born 30 years earlier than the rest of us, and feel they have a divine right to any game……

Re: Loyalty Points change
The new loyalty points is ill thought out
OK I don’t like losing all those points but if you read FAQs about it and look at the points fans now have the two don’t match
To launch this months after we paid for our season tickets is what most annoys me . We bought season tickets then the terms and conditions bare altered that simply isn’t right
It was my wedding anniversary on Wednesday . My fifth wedding anniversary. Well it is now as only the last 5 years count !

Re: Loyalty Points change
I’d say if you’re a constant season ticket holder who goes on most or all away games then you’ve got 2500 plus points up to 2800 plus maximumpureclaret wrote: ↑Fri Jul 14, 2023 10:42 pmat a complete loss as to how i see points now, any ideas?
This could be a top band for Luton away maybe even the Brentford’s
If you’re a constant season ticket holder that goes on about half of the away games and home cup ties combined then you have 2000 plus
I think that that will be the top band for most away games
If you’re a constant season ticket holder that goes on the odd away game and home cup games your just below 2k points and the next band may be 1500 plus
Re: Loyalty Points change
Fortunately there is a good demand for tickets and season tickets, so if you go to the club shop and explain that the terms and conditions have changed and you aren't happy, then you should get a refund.Spike wrote: ↑Fri Jul 14, 2023 9:15 pmThe new loyalty points is ill thought out
