Re: Things Rated Just Right
I realised after I’d posted that perhaps it read a little wrong. I considered editing but thought no one would pick me up on it. I was wrong
The DVDs were in a recent box set but showing the original episodes from the late sixties and early seventies.
Hope that clears this up.

Re: Things Rated Just Right
We went to Italy a few yrs ago ... Early flight out of Stanstead. In the queue (only one desk open for a full flight) folk were complaining about the lack of staff and someone shouting at the desk about having to pay for their luggage ... (I had prepaid for our 2 hold luggage bags as I had read the small print) The chap behind us said whats up, and I said to him folk hadn't pre-paid for their baggage ... he looked at me and said what do you mean pre-paid for bags ... I said I had paid up front and our 2 bags cost £7.00 each each way but if he hadn't then his hold luggage was £21.00 For each bag (each way)... he looked at his 4 cases for his party and went quite white ... £84 quid for the flight out and £84 for tge return flight....ŽižkovClaret wrote: ↑Wed Jul 12, 2023 7:51 pmIt's not perfect, but it gets me all over Europe for cheap. Re: Things Rated Just Right
Never had a problem with either Ryan Air or Easy Jet. I would avoid Wizz Air like the plague. I was sat on a plane in Turkey just before midnight on a flight that was already delayed by 3 hours. We were then herded off the plane and told the flight had been cancelled and taken back to the terminal. No communication from Wizz other than a text to inform us that the flight had been cancelled and we could either claim a refund or rebook. Problem was, the next Wizz flight out of Antalya was in 2 days time and it was fully booked. There were no direct flights available to the UK and it is now after 1am and most parts of the airport were closed. I had to book flights to Istanbul then Istanbul to Stansted, despite flying out of Luton. When we arrived at Stansted i had to arrange to get to Luton as the car was parked there.
Last week i received a CCJ in my favour and am in the process of instructing bailiffs to raise the case to a high court writ and then enforce the debt. I am due just under £3k, or if they seize assets an Airbus A320

Re: Things Rated Just Right
Also worth saying with Wizz Air, if you do use them, and aren't under 5ft8, pay whatever they ask for extra legroom
